Is Reverse Contact GDPR & CCPA compliant?

Reverse Contact is 100% GDPR and CCPA compliant. Unlike most solutions on the market, we do not use databases (neither purchased nor built up from our clients). We have developed our own search algorithms. This allows us to be systematically up to date in the information we deliver in real-time.

We are also pleased to provide detailed information on how our service achieves compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Data Storage and Processing:

At Reverse Contact, we prioritize data privacy and security. We do not store any input or enriched data provided by our users. Our service operates in real-time, processing data for each query without retaining any personal information post-query completion.

Data Retrieval Methodology:

Our solution does not use any databases to retrieve information about email addresses. Instead, we rely exclusively on aggregating publicly available data from the web. This approach ensures that we only deal with information that is already accessible in the public domain, thereby aligning with GDPR provisions regarding data minimization and lawful basis of processing.

Public Data Utilization:

The cornerstone of our GDPR compliance is our strict adherence to using publicly available data. By limiting our scope to information that is openly accessible on the internet, we mitigate risks associated with handling private or sensitive data.

Right to Opt-Out:

Recognizing the importance of individual rights under GDPR, we have implemented an opt-out processing form. This allows individuals to request the removal of their data from our search results, thereby exercising their right to be forgotten.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and protection. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
