How to prevent lack of credits

When you reach 80% and then 100% of your credit limit in your subscription, you will receive email notifications to inform you of your credit consumption status.

These emails serve as alerts to help you manage your usage and ensure uninterrupted service. If you exhaust your credits, you may need to purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan to continue using the service without interruption. It's important to monitor your usage to avoid service disruption.

If you find yourself out of credits, you have a few options to consider:

Upgrade Your Subscription:
You can opt to upgrade to a higher plan. This change is effective immediately and resets your billing cycle, meaning you'll receive your new credits right away. Remember, you can always downgrade/cancel later if your higher usage isn't a regular need (no commitment).

Pay-as-You-Go Credits:
Alternatively, you can purchase an extra set of credits on a pay-as-you-go basis. Keep in mind, these credits tend to be more costly, so I usually recommend a subscription when feasible. For details on acquiring pay-as-you-go credits, please visit: How to take Pay-As-You-Go Package.

Reset Your Billing Cycle:
Though not an “official” method, our billing team can reset your billing cycle upon request. For example, if you're 10 days away from your next renewal and need credits renewal immediately, you can reach out here to have your subscription renewed right then, adding your monthly credits instantly.
