We are excited to announce the launch of our new AI Assistant feature, designed to revolutionize the way you search for companies. This powerful tool leverages AI to help you find the most relevant companies based on your specific criteria, making your search process more efficient and effective.

The Prospector is an advanced feature integrated into our platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to enhance your company search experience. It allows you to describe what you're looking for in natural language, and the AI will do the work for you, providing you with the most relevant results.

How to Use?

Accessing the AI Assistant

  • Navigate to the "Prospector" section of the platform.

  • Locate the "AI Assistant" section on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Describing Your Search Criteria:

  • In the AI Assistant input field, type a description of the companies you are looking for. For example, you can enter "Top software companies in the USA with over 50 employees."

  • The AI will interpret your query and apply the appropriate filters to find the best matches.

3. Initiating the Search:

  • Click the "Search with AI" button to start the search process.

  • The AI will analyze your query and return a list of companies that match your criteria.

4. Reviewing the Results:

  • The results will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • You can review the list of companies and further refine your search using additional filters if needed.

5. Exploring Company Data:

  • Click on any company in the results to view detailed information, including industry, number of employees, founding year, location, and more.

  • You can also access the company's website, LinkedIn profile, and other relevant data directly from the search results.

Using the Search Filters Without AI

In addition to the AI-powered search, you can also search for companies directly using filters without using the AI Assistant. Here’s how:

  1. Navigating to Filters:

    • Go to the Prospector section on the platform.

    • Use the available filters on the left-hand panel (such as Industry, Number of Employees, Location, etc.).

  2. Refining Your Search:

    • Select your desired filters to narrow down the results.

    • For example, choose "Software" under Industry, "50+" under Employees, and "USA" under Location.

    • The results will update instantly as you apply the filters.

  3. Viewing Your Results:

    • The companies matching your filter criteria will appear on the right side of the screen.

    • You can click on each company to explore further details.

Exporting Your Search Results

Once you've refined your search and want to export your results, here’s how to do it:

  1. Initiating Export:

    • After reviewing your results, click the "Export to CSV" button on the top of the results page.

    • A download will start, and you'll receive a CSV file containing all the companies listed in your search results. ( you can chose what to export by selecting the specific companies, chose a number of exported raws or export all those findings )

  2. Credits System for Exporting:

    • Please note that 1 credit = 1 row exported. Each row in your CSV file represents a single company.

    • The number of credits needed for an export depends on the number of companies returned in your search results. For example, if you export a list with 50 companies, it will cost you 50 credits.
