How can I downgrade my plan?

To downgrade your active subscription, please follow these steps:

Log in to Your Account: Access your account by logging in on our website. You can find the login link at the top right corner of the homepage.

Navigate to 'Pricing': Once logged in, go to the 'Upgrade' section in your account dashboard. This is where you can view all your current and past subscriptions.

Choose your plan: Take the new plan that fit your need and click on "Downgrade my plan"

This pop-up will be only visible if you have an active subscription on Reverse Contact and you choose a smaller plan
